On-Scene Xplorer

The Voorhees Fire District in Camden County, New Jersey installed On-Scene Xplorer mapping and pre-planning systems in their entire fleet. The systems coupled with installed GPS receivers will provide advanced capabilities to locate dispatched locations and view pre-incident plans while en route to calls.

Iron Compass included services to convert paper hydrant maps into data for the software and the conversion of over 450 FireZone pre-plans drawings into On-Scene Xplorer pre-plans.

Voorhees Fire District’s first due area is over 11 square miles with a population of approximately 29,000.
