On-Scene Xplorer

Bernalillo County Fire & Rescue, providing services to the county surrounding Albuquerque, New Mexico, has selected On-Scene Xplorer for in-vehicle mapping and pre-incident planning.

“Iron Compass will be bundling our On-Scene Xplorer software with Panasonic Toughbook CF-30s and vehicle mounting hardware from First Mobile Technologies to provide a complete and ready to go system” said John Fix, President of Iron Compass. “Before placing the order, the department tested a demo units for a few weeks before selecting On-Scene Xplorer.”

The department serves a residential population of approximately 150,000 in an area that includes urban and suburban settings, as well as rugged mountains.
